Private CRO dinner at the House of Lords

Lord Duncan of Springbank gathered 18 of London's leading Chief Revenue Officers in the Peers' Dining Room at the House of Lords to discuss the nature of high-performance revenue teams in 2027.

Wednesday 21 October 2026 saw Lord Duncan of Springbank hosting the first Curvo AI dinner in the House of Lords. Guests included senior leaders from organisations including IBM, ElevenLabs, AlphaSense and Adobe, alongside executives from some of London's fastest-growing businesses.

The dinner was dedicated to discussing the future of high-performance revenue teams and the changes brought by AI to commercial organisations. One of the key themes was the development of agentic infrastructure within revenue teams. Rather than treating AI as yet another tool for executing individual tasks, the discussion addressed the role of revenue technology as an increasingly important component of the infrastructure that teams use to collaborate and operate.

The policy debate

Lord Duncan, Deputy Speaker of the House of Lords and a member of Curvo AI's advisory board, brought a policy perspective to the evening.

Drawing on his experience as a former government minister, he discussed the evolving AI landscape and the legislation currently being considered in Parliament.

For business leaders, these developments raise important questions about how AI will be adopted, governed and integrated into organisations. Bringing together people working at the forefront of enterprise technology with a perspective from Westminster offered an opportunity to consider not only where the technology is heading but also the wider environment in which businesses will be using it.

London's position in European enterprise sales

The second thread of the conversation was why London remains the commercial capital of European enterprise sales. For many US technology companies, London is the starting point for their European expansion. From establishing their first presence in the UK, businesses often go on to build out their operations across the continent, making the city an important centre for enterprise sales and international growth. The question is how London maintains that position as the market evolves and what role Westminster can play in supporting its long-term competitiveness. With AI changing how companies build and operate their commercial teams, the relationship between business leadership, technology and public policy is becoming increasingly important.

A private tour of parliament

After dinner, the evening moved beyond the dining room. Lord Duncan led guests on a personal tour of the Palace of Westminster, taking them into parts of Parliament that are closed to public tours.

Guests had arrived through Cromwell Green, passing through Westminster Hall, the oldest part of the Palace. The tour went further in, with Lord Duncan explaining the history of each space and how it is used in the day-to-day work of Parliament.

For a group that spends its days on pipeline and forecasts, it was a rare look at the building where the rules for their industry are written, and a fitting close to the night.

Why Curvo AI convened this conversation

Curvo AI convened the dinner to bring together senior revenue leaders around the questions shaping the future of their organisations.

As the revenue intelligence platform for enterprise sales teams, Curvo AI works with businesses to help their teams get more from customer conversations, improve execution and put AI to work across the sales process. The shift towards agentic systems makes these questions particularly relevant: how can technology support not just individual sellers, but the way entire revenue organisations operate?

The House of Lords dinner was the first in a series of conversations bringing together revenue leadership, technology and policy. As AI continues to reshape the commercial landscape, Curvo AI aims to create more opportunities for the people leading that change to exchange perspectives and help shape what comes next.
